The Stadstrand offers various water activities, such as SUP & canoe rental and has a supporting catering function. You can also book packages with us, such as the SUP & BBQ. We can adjust our packages to your specific wishes!
Our Team
Anne Merkus
Manager of City Beach. For day-to-day business, she is there for you. She is also team leader at SUP Skool Leeuwarden and co-responsible for administration, planning and staff at SUP Skool.
Rens Merkus
Head of SUP & canoe rental. He is also SUP instructor of the SUP Kids Leeuwarden on Wednesday afternoons and you will regularly see him on the water with other groups.
Ritske Merkus
Manager of the City Beach. With his entrepreneurial skills, he has made the City Beach flourish into a successful rental location.
